Return policy

You have the right to cancel your order with shop.wavesnode.net within 14 days following on from the day that you or your chosen third party acquires physical possession of your products.

Please inform us when you want to cancel your order on the following address:

The email must include:
– the original ordernumber
– description of items that the customer wants to return
– Wavesaddress of the original payment

After cancellation you have a 14-day period to send back the items to this address:

Shipping costs for sending back the items to our shop are on the customers own account and will not be refunded.

We will return the ordercosts plus shipping of the original order in WNET tokens, based on the price in dollars on the moment the items are received by the shop.
This may cause the ammount of WNET to be different, as the value is dollars is leading.
We will only refund the Waves address that paid for the order.

Refunding takes place after the items are received by the shop and are in original shape and are sent in the original packing.
